Product Introduction

Gallium arsenide (GaAs) Hall elements have excellent characteristics such as high sensitivity, low temperature drift, zero hysteresis, and a linear magnetic field operating range of up to 2T, which are suitable for application scenarios such as current sensing and displacement sensing.

GaAs Hall elements can accurately detect magnet position and are used in lens module stabilization (OIS), autofocus control (AF), etc.

The magnetic sensitive element of the open-loop current sensor is a low-temperature bleached gallium arsenide Hall element, which is less affected by the ambient temperature and the output signal is more stable.
